The Rockford Inn sits beside the East Lyn River as it flows through the beautiful and peaceful Brendon Valley in Exmoor National Park. The rural public house dates back to the 17th century and provides a cosy and convivial atmosphere in which to relax. Its a traditional North Devon country pub popular with local farmers, ramblers and fisherman alike and set in an isolated and remote hamlet. We offer excellent home cooked seasonal foods, local brewed real ales and comfortable accommodation in which to stay.

We have five rooms available with a mixture of ensuite, 'private or shared' bathroom options.

Rooms start at £25 for a single, £70 for a family room with ensuite (2 adults 1 child), breakfast is included.

The bed and breakfast pub is ideally situated in stunning countryside where you can take part in many outdoor activities. For equestrians there are stables nearby where you can arrange horse riding trips over the moor. The East Lyn River, famed for it salmon and trout fishing, provides a stunning backdrop for anglers with its dramatic gorges, waterfalls, rapids and pools. For walkers there is The Samaritans Way Footpath which connects the Bristol and Lynmouth. The path runs along the length of the valley by the river, where you may catch glimpse of deer, kingfisher and otter.
