Ideal base for exploring the unspoilt beaches of the South Hams, walking the coast paths and within striking distance of Dartmoor, Salcombe and Dartmouth, this cosy cottage is sure to delight.

Dating back to 1880, the cottage has been sympathetically renovated retaining many original features and furnished to a high standard. The Quay is a level three minute walk and there is a wide choice of restaurants and public houses close by.

The sitting room features exposed ceiling timbers, wood floor and open granite log-burning fire, and leads to the fully equipped kitchen. Slightly steeper than usual stairs lead to the bedroom with antique victorian brass and iron double bedstead (bedding supplied) and bathroom with new bath, shower and wc. Pretty front garden, small rear enclosed gravelled area with table/chairs and access gate. Gas central heating. There is secure 24/7 off road parking 150 metres from the cottage.

Wide-screen satellite TV, VCR, radio, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. New gas oven and hob.

Electricity and gas central heating included. Logs can be purchased if required.

Restricted daytime street parking outside cottage.

The Cottage is operated and maintained by its owners. We ask for a deposit to confirm your booking.

What we don't ask for are:
The balance in advance (you can pay us during your stay); booking fee; breakages deposit; extra for supplying cot; extra for pets and you don't need coins to feed meters.
