First things first, we do not own the Norton Park Estate, nor do we own the Norton Park Centre, which is the main building on the site. However, we do own two of the self catering chalets on site and take self catering holiday reservations for another chalet owner. Our self catering accommodation can be somewhere that you can just relax and take it easy, or they can be used as a base to visit the many interersting and beautiful places situated nearby. Norton Park All of the self catering chalets on the Norton Park site are privately owned. We own two of the chalets, numbers 106 & 126 and we look after chalet 33. We personally service our own accommodation before you arrive. Norton Park is situated in one of the prettiest parts of the country in the heart of South Devon, on the A3122, just two miles from the historic naval town of Dartmouth It is a wonderful retreat for lovers of both countryside and coastal areas within the beautiful rolling Devonshire hills and is perfect for an easy going and relaxing holiday. There are numerous pretty villages, market towns and lovely safe beaches to explore. Dartmoor national park with its wild ponies and craggy tors is just 30 minutes drive away. The Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Dart cruises will give you an interesting and relaxing way to explore the surrounding area.
